1. It is must for the buyer to read , understand all the description , details , features of the product before buying
2. All the respective details of the specific product has been feed by the seller on their own, so there is no participation of Mycityapp while developing any terms.
3. Buyer can request for rejection, cancel any order whatsoever within 24 hours of purchase at our toll free customer care no. , no claim after said period will be entertained by the seller.

When can I return the product received from Seller?

You can return the product if:
You received a defective product
You received a product with improper packing
Product quality is not up to your expectation
The product feature not seems as described at website
There is fitting/size issue

All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Is there any item not eligible for return/replacement?

The items which can be resold to someone else, are always eligible for return. The following items are not eligible for return/replacement: Items that have been worn/washed/soiled Innerwear, lingerie cannot be returned on account of hygiene Products sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items Any electronic items

Condition of the product must be proper
Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted
Brand packaging should be in appropriate condition.
Brand's policy shall apply for specific branded product. We source branded products and these products are bound by their own policies
