The download (Refer a friend) scheme is launched for a limited period.
• The scheme is also applicable for vendors who are registered with MyCityApp.
• Multiple downloads like multiple installations on same mobile number Changing SIM Card and makings installations etc will not be entertained.
• At the time of installations the app, GPS location of particular referred number must fall under 70 km. of the particular city
• MyCityApp decision will be accepted by each and every participant.
• We reserve the right to cancel, discontinue or revise "refer a friend" scheme anytime without any prior notification.
• MyCityApp is not bound to show your 'refer a friend' scheme details.
• All gifts will be delivered at local franchise against your referral points collected. Original gifts may vary from pictures shown in the brochure.
• 1 Refer is equal to 1 download.
• Currently refer a friend scheems is runing only in Jhansi (up to 31st March. 2015), Raipur (up to 15th April 2015 & Udaipur (31st May 2015 )

• If you have any problem or complain regarding gifts and offer, please registered your complain within one month from winning date so that issues may be addressed on the spot, and solve ASAP. You can register complain via email info@mycityapp.in or over the phone 1800-120-9200
• If you have not registered your complain between one month from winning date in that case it will be no longer valid and will be considered as lapse.
• Gift shall be given to all Participants who participate in the Scheme / offer, as per the terms and conditions of the Scheme / offer, during the offer running Period.

Pay using PayUMoney and get 8% or 10% instant discount on MyCityApp.
(max. discount of Rs.50 per transaction).

Terms and Conditions
• This offer is valid for all Credit Card & Debit Card users and on selected banks (view list) for Netbanking users.
• As per this offer, the user will get upto 3% to 5% instant discount on their transaction value upto a maximum discount of Rs. 50 per transaction.
• This offer is only valid for users using PayUMoney to complete their transactions on MyCityApp.
• As per this offer user will get 3% to 5% instant discount on PayUMoney payment gateway page.
• User will have to register or sign-in as per following to avail the offer:
A. Existing users of PayUMoney need to sign-in on the PayUMoney payment gateway page.
B. New users of PayUMoney need to register on the PayUMoney payment gateway page.
• This offer is valid on all Recharge & Bill Pay transaction on MyCityApp. Till 31st March 2015
• By accepting this offer user authorizes us to share his profile information with PayUMoney by MyCityApp.
• In case of transaction failure, the refund will be provided on MyCityApp in point format.User can use these points in next transaction for full value.
• Limit on number of transaction:
A .There is a max 2 transactions per user per day limit and further transactions may be denied/or successful without discount on it.
B .There is a max 7 transactions per user/per day limit and further transactions may be denied.
C .There is a max 15 transactions per user over a 30 day period limit and further transactions may be denied.
C .There is a max 15 transactions per user over a 30 day period limit and further transactions may be denied.
There is no cash refund system on MYCityApp.

Recharge & Bill Pay Policy:
This is an automatic process and will be followed in all cases, however, for cases where you have received a success confirmation but not received a recharge or any other case you are welcome to log a complaint by opening our "NEED Help Tab" on our contact us page and we will provide you a quick resolution.

Kindly note, in all cases our liability is only restricted to providing you a valid recharge or refund to the extent of payment received by us. We shall not be responsible for any other claim or consequential liability arising out of a failed recharge on our system.
